Cityline Construction was called out to this home after a recent storm had damaged the roof. The patchwork on the roof had been torn and the rainfall was falling between the cracks and into the home. The second floor of the home was soaked and required extensive decontamination. our crews isolated the affected areas and began treating them.

On the roof we removed the damaged patches, however in order to do this we needed to make the glue underneath soluble. Hence the large torch to super-heat the glue. With the patches removed we carried up the new patching and repaired the roof.

The walls had absorbed a significant amount of moisture and required replacement. While we replaced the walls in the home we also worked to update the insulation to current code for the home owners. After the walls and ceiling were put in place the home was cleaned to perfection.
